Our damage policy is: We call tag (Pickup) any damaged or returned merchandise that FedEx Ground, or any other shipper we use, happens to mishandle. This means you don't have to worry about "What happens if it comes damaged?" or " The local Pack-and-Ship store wants $150.00 to send this thing back!". We take care of it all! All we ask is that you save your shipping box and packing material that comes with it.

Our satisfaction/return policy guarantees that if you don't like it, we will refund you your purchase price, less shipping. This guarantee is good for 7 days from the date of delivery!

All Pachislo machines listed on this site come standard with a limited warranty unless otherwise specified! This warranty is against manufacturers defects and workmanship. The warranty does not cover anything on the slot machine that breaks from negligent use. All slot machines and are fully tested before they ship to you. Some normal wear might be evident on certain machines due to previous use in another country.

The paid invoice is required for all warranty items. The limited warranty is to the original purchaser identified by the “sold to” information on the paid invoice. The warranty is non-transferable unless specified on paid invoice and signed by a representative of this company.
